Kristy

Chief Accounting Officer

Kristy is our Chief Accounting Officer. She runs the back office, oversees the mid office, and subs for the front office. She also serves as IT Coordinator, EMR Coordinator, and Credentialing Coordinator. That’s a lot! She has been with PPC since 2010. She has recently joined the PPC Executive Committee. This office would be lost without her. But if you see her subbing for one of our MAs, be nice. She doesn’t love that job, but kicks in to help out if we are in a jam! We love you Kristy!

Heather

Front Office Coordinator

Heather is a native Beaufortonian and is the most amazing Front Office Coordinator in the history of pain clinics. She has been a member of the PPC team since 2017. She is efficient, kind, conscientious, and polite. And she works the cancellation list like a master! The only time there is ever an empty appointment slot at PPC is if you don’t show up. Thanks for everything you do, Heather!

Mandee

Mid Office Coordinator

Mandee runs the mid office, making sure all of your care is preauthorized and all referrals are processed timely. She has been with us since 2022. She is a vital member of our team, having served along the way as part time receptionist, software coordinator, accounts receivable assistant, and construction coordinator! Thanks for all your hard work, Mandee!
