ABOUT

Meet our Providers

Dr. Eller

My medical career started in the third grade. We were given a picture of a heart with 4 chambers, a right and left lung, and channels connecting them all. I remember it as if it were yesterday; I colored the blue for the channel sending blood to the heart and then traveling to the lung, changed it to red, sent it back to the heart and then out to the body. I thought that was the coolest thing I had ever seen. And on that day a little girl in Mt. Holly, NC decided she would be a doctor.

During my Anesthesiology residency, it was mandated that every resident had to rotate through the Pain Clinic. Ugh. Who wants to deal with pain every day? Well it ended up that I did. Taking care of patients in pain accomplished everything I wanted and needed as a doctor. I love the relationships I have with my patients and feel lucky everyday to have fallen into this career of helping to alleviate suffering from pain.

PPC Staff Dr. White

Dr. White

Dr. White joined the Palmetto Pain Center team in August of 2023. Dr. White brings with him a wealth of skills that will allow patients to locally receive full treatment for most all pain states. It is wonderful that patients will no longer have to travel for the most advanced procedures in pain management. He is trained in Permanent SCS Implants, MILD, Vertiflex, Intracept, and other procedures that our patients may be candidates to receive.

Dr. White graduated from St. George Medical School with magna cum laude honors. He finished his residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation from Georgetown University, during which he was named Resident Teacher of the Year. He knew during his residency training that the field of Interventional Pain Medicine was his calling. He later completed his fellowship training in Interventional Pain Medicine through the Department of Anesthesiology at the University of Virginia, one of the most respected programs in the country, with the highest of recommendations for his skills as well as his kind and thoughtful approach to patient care.

Dr. White has moved to Beaufort with his family and even his in-laws! They are all excited to make Beaufort their new home. Dr. White is committed to becoming a strong member of our greater community. He has volunteered for medical missions in his past, most recently to Papua New Guinea.

Tiffany

Certified Physician Assistant
Tiffany is our Certified Physician Assistant. She had a wealth of experience in medicine prior to joining us in 2022- as an EMT, a Paramedic, 3 years in Ortho, and a year in Urgent Care. She approaches her position as the first point of contact for most patient questions at PPC with compassion and thoughtfulness. If it seems that she truly cares, it’s because she does. And she’s very very good at ultrasound guided joint injections to boot! We are honored that she has chosen us as her home away from home. We are so lucky to have you as part of our team, Tiffany!
